At AyurDeep.store, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal products to our customers. If there is any mistake from our side, we take full responsibility and will issue a refund or replacement as required.
1. Eligibility for Refund/Return
We accept refund or return requests in the following situations:
Unable to Deliver the Product:
If we cannot deliver the product to your city/area.
Wrong Product Delivered:
If you receive a different product or quantity than what you ordered.
Damaged or Defective Product:
If the product is received broken, defective, or expired.
2. Conditions for Refund/Return

You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging (except in cases of damage, defect, or wrong product).

You must provide photo or video proof of the issue for verification.
3. Refund Process

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will send the refund via bank transfer.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds/returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

Change of mind by the customer.

Partial use of the product.

Requests made after 7 days of product delivery.
