Refund & Return Policy – AyurDeep.store

At AyurDeep.store, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal products to our customers. If there is any mistake from our side, we take full responsibility and will issue a refund or replacement as required.


1. Eligibility for Refund/Return

We accept refund or return requests in the following situations:

Unable to Deliver the Product:

If we cannot deliver the product to your city/area.

Wrong Product Delivered:

If you receive a different product or quantity than what you ordered.

Damaged or Defective Product:

If the product is received broken, defective, or expired.


2. Conditions for Refund/Return

  • You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging (except in cases of damage, defect, or wrong product).

  • You must provide photo or video proof of the issue for verification.


3. Refund Process

  • Once the refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will send the refund via bank transfer.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds/returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind by the customer.

  • Partial use of the product.

  • Requests made after 7 days of product delivery.
